I led the team at Albion turned ‘Project Golden Gate’ from 8 principles in a client’s Moleskine notebook into a fast-growing business and much-loved brand.
I helped create the business strategy and commercial model, including the customer-powered customer service and marketing – the idea that lies at the heart of their different model.
I named the brand, finding the ancient Scottish word giffgaff which meant ‘mutual giving’.
Later I was part of the team that created The Man launch campaign, grew their Facebook community to 175,000 members, and created one of the top 10 most viewed ads on YouTube in 2012 – the CONtract feat. K-Orville.
